The insured disputes the entirety of the denial letter of July 5, 2024, including the co-insurance penalty being applied and including the insuror’s allegation that the requested repairs were somehow “excessive”. The insured incurred those costs in good faith after catastrophic hurricane and all of those costs are covered losses under the policy.
