How do I register as a new plaintiff or plaintiff representative?
  • Click the blue button labeled “New Plaintiff or Plaintiff Representative” under the Registration button.
  • Enter the requested information in the appropriate fields on the next page to assure you receive any emails, phone calls or notifications from the system or our office.
  • Click “Register” at the bottom of the screen
How do I log in?
  • Enter your email account into the box marked “Enter Email” on the right side of the login screen.
  • Enter your password in the appropriate field and click “log in”
What do I do if I forget my password?
  • Click “Forgot Your Password?” button under the “Log In” button at the bottom, right side of the Log In screen.The system will guide you through the process of resetting your password.It will send a code to your email account to assure security of your account.
What do I do if I receive an error message that my account is locked out?
  • Go to the login page.
  • Click Forgot Password.
  • Type in Email Address
  • Check your email and log in with the credentials that are emailed to you
What do I do when the system asks me for a verification code?
  • Check your email account. We will send the code to your email address to assure the security of your account and that no one else is attempting to log into your account using your email address (user name).Enter the code provided into the appropriate field of the LSOP System.
What do I do if I didn’t receive my verification code?
  • Verify that you typed in your email address correctly.
  • Check your spam folder of your email account.
  • On the verification page click where it says “Didn't receive the code. Please click here to resend the code."
  • Contact Legal Services by sending an email to… LSOPContact@myfloridacfo.com. Please include your phone # so we may call to assist you if necessary.
How do I change my password?
  • Log into your account.
  • Click “Change Password” at the top, right side of the screen.
  • On the next page, type your current password in the top box.
  • Type your new password in the second box.
  • Type the new password again to confirm accuracy in the third box.
  • Click the green “Change Password” box at the bottom of the page.
How often do I have to change my password?
  • You will be required to change your password every 6 months.
How do I change my name, address or other basic information?
  • Log into your account.
  • Click “Manage Profile” at the top, right side of the screen.
  • On the next page, add or enter any changes to the appropriate boxes.
  • Click the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.
What do I do if I no longer have access to the email account that is attached to my account?
