Aggregate Report Searches
Upon clicking the Aggregate Report Search link from the Search Selection
page the Aggregate Report Search page will display. This
powerful search allows you to search on any field captured in the Aggregate
Report closed claim form.
To Search for an Aggregate Report:
Type in and/or select as many search criteria
as are applicable to your search. For
information on what each field means, please refer to the PLCR help file.
Refine your search using the Exact Match, Begins
With, or Anywhere radio button options.
Anywhere
- Selecting this search parameter will enable a search on any information
entered into the field. For example, you could type a few digits of an
NAIC company code, a few letters from part of a company name, etc. and
the search would return all data relevant to whatever information you
typed into the field.
Starts With
- Selecting this search parameter will enable a search based on the beginning
of a field's text. For example, you could type "All" and "Allstate"
would be one of the companies returned in the search results, or "36418"
and all FEINs beginning with those numbers would appear in the search
results.
Exact Match
- This search parameter is the most specific. The search will look for
the exact information you enter into the search field. If the search criteria
does not match the exact information you enter into the field, no results
will be returned. For example, if you searched on "Allstate",
no results would be returned. You must know the complete name of the company
(e.g., Allstate Floridian Indemnity Company) if you choose to use exact
match.
Click the Search
Button. All
applicable results will display on the subsequent search results page.
Please
note that searches may take several minutes to conduct depending on how
you query the PLCR data.
