Maintaining a PLCR Account

Remember, if you already have an existing I-File account you can use your existing I-File User Name and Password to access PLCR.  

Creating an Account

If you do not have an existing I-File account, you'll need to create a new account by clicking the Create a new account link in the PLCR Logon Task Bar. This will display the Set Up an Account page.

 

To create a PLCR account, fill in all fields marked with a red star (*) and click the Create Account button.

Fields required to create an account include:

First Name

Your given name.

Last Name

Your family name/surname.

Email Address

An email address that the system can use to contact you, if necessary.

The email address you choose will be your User Name to access the Industry Portal. Please make sure you can currently access the email address you specify.  PLCR will use this email address to send you a Web page link to activate your PLCR account.

Password

Your password can consist of any combination of letters, numbers of symbols.  There is no limit to the number or type of characters used.

Re-type Password

Re-type your password for verification purposes.

Phone Number

A phone number where you can be reached when using the application.

Street

The street address of your business.

City

The city in which your business is located.

State

The state in which your business is located.

ZIP/Postal Code

The ZIP/Postal Code address in which your business is located.

Country

The country in which your business is located.

 

An email will be sent to the email address you specified in the Email Address field of this page.  Check your email and visit the provided URL to confirm your account's creation and activate the account.

Viewing/Updating Account Information

You may view and update your account information at any time after the account is created.

To view your account information:

  1. Access the Set Up an Account Page

  2. Click the View your account link in the Account Tasks task bar.

  3. Review your information as necessary.

To update your account information:

  1. Access the Set Up an Account Page

  2. Click the View your account link in the Account Tasks task bar.

  3. Update your information as necessary.

 

Forget Your Password?

If you forget your password:

  1. Click the Retrieve password link from the Welcome page.

  2. Type in your email address in the User Name field.

  3. Click the Submit button. An email containing your password will be immediately sent to you.
