Self Insurers That Failed To Report

This new report returns information about Self Insurers that failed to report.  The

result set is based on a reporting period and an insurer An entity licensed by OIR under Chapter 624 (p. III) or Chapter 641 (p. I) of the Florida Statutes. type.  Detailed information

about the result set can be found in Figure 1.2.

The Export Report button allows for the results on the screen to be transferred to

a CSV (Comma-Separated Value) list that can be viewed in a program like Excel.  The

New Report button will return the user to the criteria input screen for the Self-Insurers

that failed to report screen.
