Objectives:

The fixed capital outlay (FCO) appropriation provides capital improvement grants for senior center construction and for repairs and maintenance on existing facilities. Prospective grantees may be named in the appropriation, otherwise are required to complete and submit a grant application package to the Department of Elder Affairs. The Department serves as the designated administrative entity for the fixed capital outlay grant program.
