Early Learning Service projects are designed to provide educational opportunities to children prior to enrolling in the K-12 school systems. Additionally, Early Learning Service programs support professional development to preschool teachers.

Applications are reviewed according to programmatic criteria stated in the RFA and upon approval applicants are sent an award notification.
