Objectives:

The objective of the project is to reduce emissions of nitrogen oxides, particulate matter, and hazardous air pollutants in areas where people live, work and visit. The process by which DEP will meet the objective is set forth in the State Beneficiary Mitigation Plan in response to requirements under the Final Trust Agreement of the Volkswagen Settlement.
