Fund a cultural project, program, exhibition, or series taking place within grant period (July 1 through June 30). The grant activities must support the mission of the organization or artisit and further the state's cultural objectives.

Application Procedures:
|
Organizations submit applications through dosgrants.com. Division staff reviews the applications for eligibility. Eligible applicants are sent to review panels for qualitative review and evaluation. Applications are evaluated according to Quality of Offerings, Impact, and Track Record.

Award Procedures:
|
The Division submits the panel reports to the Florida Council on Arts and Culture for review and recommendation. Subsequent to the Council's review and acceptance of the panel reports, the Division generates a list of all organizations that were reviewed by the panels, ranked in order, to-down by score. The ranked list is forwarded to the Secretary of State for final approval who then submits the list tot he Legislature for funding consideration and governor approval.
