Objectives:
|
The Community Care for the Disabled Adults program assists adults who have permanent physical or mental disability to live independently. Through the provision of in home services, this program helps these adults live dignified and reasonably independent lives in their own homes. Services include adult day care, case management, chore service, escort service, homemaker service, and personal care.
