Objectives:
|
The purpose of this contract is to engage Chabad of South Dade to provide preschool scholarships for children and families in financial need, social skills and emotional competency training for early learning professionals, workshops and training for parents or caregivers of children from the public, and music programming for all children attending the Miami Jewish Montessori preschool program.
The contractor will also train adults with disabilities and veterans aged 18 and older with the Rok Shul Culinary Vocational Program preparing them with skills for future employment in the Kosher culinary and hospitality sectors. This program utilizes an established catering operation and commercial kitchen to train and certify young adults with disabilities and veteran;, equipping them for entry into the Kosher culinary and hospitality sectors and addressing the industry's personnel needs with job placements.
