The recipient and the department negotiated the terms of the agreement to meet the intent of section 1009.70, F.S.

Award Procedures:
|
After completing the negotiations, the agreement was routed through the department for the Commissioner's review and approval. Once executed a copy of the agreement was provided to the recipient.

Deadlines:
|
Agreement term begin July 1 and run through June 30 of each year the program is funded by the legislature.
