Other:	Pursuant to 2024-228, Section 76, L.O.F.: Notwithstanding chapter 287, the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services shall enter into agreements for the purpose of advancing technologies leading to the creation of a genetically engineered self-limiting strain of an Asian Citrus Psyllid for population suppression. The department shall enter into these agreements no later than January 1, 2025, and shall file with the department's Inspector General a certification of conditions and circumstances justifying each agreement entered into without competitive solicitation. This section expires July 1, 2025.
