Objectives:

The funds will be used to construct an active shooter training facility, which will include virtual reality training simulator with associated equipment/peripherals, indoor firearms range classroom with associated equipment/peripherals, and a defensive tactics training area with associated equipment/peripherals. These purchases will help better prepare officers to handle active shooter and mental health scenarios with more proficiency and effectiveness.
