Application Procedures:

After receiving the RFA, each applicant must submit an application containing a DOE 100 (grant application); DOE 101 (grant budget); and narrative addressing the specific programmatic requirement. The application is reviewed for completeness, allowability of budgetary items and adherence to program intent.

Award Procedures:

After the application is accepted, reviewed and approved a DOE 200 (grant award) is issued to the applicant.
