This project is intended to support Holmes County's recovery efforts following the 2025 May Northwest Florida Tornadoes. Funding is limited to debris removal, debris monitoring, and force account labor, materials, and equipment.

The Florida Division of Emergency Management ("Division") enters into this Agreement with Holmes County for limited, agreed-upon work consisting of Debris Removal, Debris Monitoring, Force Account Materials, Equipment, and Overtime Labor only. All Grant Management activities to include funding advance requests, reimbursements requests, quarterly reports, and the closeout must be processed in the Agency's Grant Management System, FloridaPA.org, under the event 2025 May Northwest Florida Tornadoes. The performance period is 60 days from the Agreement's effective date, unless, in its sole discretion, the Division grants a request for extension. If an extension is granted, it shall extend the performance period for no more than 90 consecutive days.

This project was created in response to the Governor's Executive Order #25-101 declaring a state of emergency for Holmes County on May 11, 2025.  There is no federal funding being provided for this event.
