Application Procedures:
|
Organizations submit applications through the dosgrants.com. Division staff reviews the applications for eligibility. Eligible applications are sent to review panels for qualitative review and evaluation. Applications are evaluated according to Quality of Offerings, Impact, and Track Record.

Award Procedures:
|
The Division submits the panel reports to the Florida Council on Arts and Culture for review and recommendation. Subsequent to the Council's review and acceptance of the panel reports, the Division generates a list of all organizations that were reviewed by the panels, ranked in order, top-down by score. The ranked list is forwarded to the Secretary of State for final approval who then submits the list to the Legislature for funding consideration and Governor approval.
