Objectives:
|
This project with strengthen law enforcement training in stress inoculation, threat assessment, and bias free policing through scenario based exercises. Officers will practice de-escalation, tactical movement, active assailant response, and interactions with emotionally disturbed individuals in realistic setting such as shopping centers and school classrooms. This approach improves decision making, reduces officer involved shooting, and protects innocent lives.
