Objectives:

The funds will support ECS4Kids' Head Start Summer Bridge program for North Florida, providing 200 at-risk preschoolers in Baker, Clay, and Duval counties with 7 extra weeks of learning resulting in demonstrable learning gains in literacy, math, and physical skills, improving their ability to succeed in kindergarten. Parents benefit from summer childcare to support their employment and family stability while educators
receive 7 weeks of additional pay, improving teacher pay and staff retention.
